Entry-Level Field Service Technician

Arrow Systems, Inc. manufactures and distributes industrial digital printing and finishing equipment to customers worldwide. We are seeking a dependable, hands‑on technician to join our team. Printing experience is not required—we will train the right candidate.

This is an excellent entry‑level opportunity for someone interested in equipment, technology, and hands‑on technical work.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test, install, and maintain printing equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, software, and basic networking issues
• Provide technical support by phone, email, and at customer locations
• Travel for equipment installations, training, and repairs

Qualifications

• Enjoys working hands‑on with equipment and learning how things work
• Comfortable using basic tools and computers
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Dependable, organized, and able to work independently
• Professional communication and customer‑service skills
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
