Field Service Apprentice - Fixed Term
Role and Responsibilities
- Learn to become a primary driver for maintaining Bloom Energy servers, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Learn and perform fuel cell system maintenance, site upkeep, safety protocols, and issue resolution.
- Demonstrate proficiency in working independently and collaboratively within a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
Skills and Experience
- Enrolled in an electrical apprenticeship program.
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting aptitude.
- Experience with various test and measurement equipment, electrical codes and personnel safety products and procedures is preferred.
- Basic understanding of requirements of working safely.
- Basic troubleshooting techniques and skills.
- Highly motivated and able to work independently.
- Demonstrates sound judgment.
- A team player who exhibits a high level of integrity and professionalism in all situations.
- Able to communicate effectively in English in both written and verbal forms to facilitate duties as required.
- Able to follow procedures and execute sequenced work instructions from either written and/or verbal communications.
- Able to facilitate shift work as needed.
- Able to travel as needed for training.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 45-50lbs.
- Ability to work with heights.
- Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions.
About the Role
This role will report to Field Service Regional Manager and will be based in Santa Teresa, New Mexico.

Schedule
Fixed term for approximately 6 months or approximately 1,200 hours from June 15th, 2026, through December 15th, 2026.
