Job Title: Field Sales Representative (Merchant Success & Community)Employment Type: Contract (6 Months)Location: San Diego, CAPay Range: $72-$75/hr (Based on Experience & Location) Job Description Join a fast-growing initiative focused on helping local businesses thrive. As a Field Sales Representative, you'll serve as the face of the program in your assigned market, building relationships with merchants, leading onboarding and training sessions, hosting community events, and driving long-term engagement.This is a highly field-based role where you'll spend the majority of your time meeting merchants face-to-face. Travel is primarily local within approximately 100 miles of your assigned market and includes frequent visits to businesses, community events, onboarding sessions, and merchant training activities. Key Qualifications✅ 5+ years in Field Sales, Account Management, Merchant Success, Customer Success, Hospitality, Retail, Restaurant Operations, Community Management, or Training✅ Strong relationship-building and communication skills✅ Experience working directly with local businesses, merchants, restaurants, or retailers✅ Comfortable with frequent local travel and face-to-face customer engagement✅ Passion for supporting local businesses and community growth. #CDM
