Field Sales Representative-Wisconsin
We are seeking a passionate Field Sales Representative to drive growth in gross sales, revenue, and average selling price within an assigned territory. This role focuses on building long-term customer relationships, increasing market share through product education and demonstrations, and expanding Starkey’s value proposition. About the Role
As a Field Sales Representative, you will drive sales growth in your territory by cultivating customer relationships, increasing share of wallet, and positioning Starkey’s products and services. You will develop account strategies, manage business reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with regional and national goals. This role requires a solutions-focused approach, strong business acumen, and a commitment to upholding Starkey’s values and culture.
Responsibilities
- Territory Strategy and Management:
- Assess and understand territory needs to develop a strategy aligned with regional and national goals.
- Increase share of wallet in the assigned territory.
- Build relationships with internal business partners to effectively position Starkey’s value proposition.
- Sales Process and Pipeline Management:
- Utilize a solution-based selling approach to identify customer needs and objectives.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet or exceed targets.
- Use sales tools to manage and advance the sales process.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Establish customer partnerships through mutually beneficial goals.
- Expand the customer base by identifying and onboarding new customers.
- Retain and grow the existing customer base.
- Training:
- Conduct customer product training.
- Complete product and sales training to enable successful customer education.
- Business Planning:
- Conduct quarterly customer business reviews.
- Perform monthly territory forecasting and planning.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Education and Certification:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist (HIS) or Audiologist (AuD) preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of hearing aid industry field experience or related field.
- Skills and Abilities:
- Solutions-focused selling approach.
- Product and marketplace expertise.
- Strong business acumen and strategic mindset.
- Relationship-building skills.
Pay
The target base pay range for this position is $75,000–$89,000 annually. Starting pay may vary based on location, market conditions, skills, education, and experience. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive plan, with monthly payouts tied to performance goals set by Sales Leadership.
