Responsibilities
- Call on relevant medical specialties to promote and educate on our portfolio of products: Wound Care, Senior Care, Urology, Dermatology, Podiatry, Internal Medicine, Infectious Disease among others.
- Assess client needs and present suitable diagnostic solutions to support clinical and operational needs.
- Develop and manage a territory plan that has you at or above targeted goals.
- Actively engage with company training, sales tools, and management.
- Maintain effective and regular communication with all staff members in an office or healthcare facility.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business/marketing preferred; High School diploma required.
- Familiarity with specialties such as Senior Care/LTC, Wound Care, Urology, Podiatry, Dermatology and Internal Medicine settings.
- Minimum of 6+ months of Diagnostics sales selling experience to providers.
- Proven ability to self-source leads and close new business.
- Highly organized and comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
- Strong long-term relationship-building skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a clean driving record in compliance with company and insurance standards.
- Reliable personal vehicle available for business use.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory, including occasional regional travel as needed.
- Required residence in territory geography where we are hiring.
- Willingness to undergo regular drug screenings as per customer/medical facility requirements.
Pay
The annual base pay for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000. Plus, Uncapped Quarterly Bonus. First Year on Target Earnings: $130,000–$150,000 (uncapped). Second Year on Target Earnings: $150,000+ (Uncapped). The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
