Essential Job Duties
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
- Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies
- Able to effectively manage competing priorities and stressful situations
- Able to work cooperatively with others
Physical Demands
- Hauling sample pallets to customers
- Standing, walking, and moving throughout manufacturing areas
- Frequent use of hands and arms to handle, position, or operate materials, tools, and equipment
- Manually handling materials up to 50 pounds and occasionally assisting with heavier items using team lifts or mechanical aids
Qualification and Educational Requirements
- Previous sales experience preferred (industry experience a plus)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets)
- Valid driver’s license (travel is required)
