Field Sales Representative - JC Pallet

Essential Job Duties

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
  • Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies
  • Able to effectively manage competing priorities and stressful situations
  • Able to work cooperatively with others

Physical Demands

  • Hauling sample pallets to customers
  • Standing, walking, and moving throughout manufacturing areas
  • Frequent use of hands and arms to handle, position, or operate materials, tools, and equipment
  • Manually handling materials up to 50 pounds and occasionally assisting with heavier items using team lifts or mechanical aids

Qualification and Educational Requirements

  • Previous sales experience preferred (industry experience a plus)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets)
  • Valid driver’s license (travel is required)
