About the role
We are seeking a Field Sales Representative II for the Washington market, focused on the Greater Seattle area. This role involves working closely with key accounts in the assigned sales territory to drive growth and ensure customer satisfaction through strategic relationship management and solution selling.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with defined key accounts in the assigned sales territory, planning strategy and developing key relationships to ensure a strong foundation for solution selling.
- Maintain and promote relationships with customer contacts who influence design opportunities and address existing business challenges.
- Ensure customer satisfaction related to supply chain management and other value-added services.
- Collaborate with team members to drive overall growth and success of the branch.
- Develop strategic plans for all assigned accounts, selling and marketing Arrow’s full set of offerings with in-depth knowledge of key supplier lines.
- Interact with contract manufacturers and articulate complex strategies to execute on them.
- Prepare comprehensive internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR), present strategic plans, and lead regular QBRs with major customers to unlock additional sales opportunities.
- Utilize sales tracking systems such as SalesForce.com and Oracle.
Requirements
- In-depth understanding of the electronic components industry.
- Knowledge of the assigned market/territory (e.g., customers, competition).
- 3-4 years of industry experience, preferably in semiconductors.
- Ability to promote and sell Arrow’s value-added services, supply chain, and full lifecycle programs.
- Experience dealing with contract manufacturers.
- Proven ability to articulate and execute complex strategies.
- Extensive understanding of pricing programs and models within the electronics industry.
- Experience interacting with vendors and customers in a technical and engineering environment.
Qualifications
- 3-4 years of technical field sales experience.
- A 4-year degree is preferred.
Skills
- Proficiency in sales tracking systems (e.g., SalesForce.com, Oracle).
- Enthusiasm and a resilient, can-do attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
Schedule
Hybrid: 1 day in office / 4 days working remotely or traveling throughout the territory.
Pay
Annual hiring range: $91,900.00 - $150,703.04. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
