Responsibilities
- Identify and sell sewer line repair and replacement solutions for residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct camera assessments of sewer lines to determine if there is root interruption or breakage in the sewer line resulting in the need for repair or replacement.
- Engage in proactive follow-up communication with existing customers to deliver effective solutions for their plumbing or water-related issues.
- Leverage our established pricing matrix and/or insurance guidelines to provide competitive quotes for repair/replacement options/solutions and effectively close sales.
- Be a trusted information resource for Roto-Rooter customers.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license and acceptable background check per company standards.
- Demonstrated exceptional focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
- Thrives in a fast-paced work environment and have the ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
- Must be able to use handheld telecommunication devices and understand commercial software packages such as Word and Excel.
- You will also use Roto-Rooter computer systems.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Organized self-starter with an outgoing personality.
- Strong preference for candidates with outside sales experience in in-home services; however, all outside sales backgrounds will be evaluated.
