Field Sales Representative - Excavation

Overview

Roto-Rooter is seeking Field Sales Representatives for its Excavation department. The position offers unlimited earnings averaging $[enter salary range] annually with mileage reimbursement, flexible work schedules, and top industry benefits. This opportunity requires a valid driver's license and acceptable background check, along with exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Identify and sell sewer line repair and replacement solutions for residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct camera assessments of sewer lines to determine if there is root interruption or breakage.
• Engage in proactive follow-up communication with existing customers to deliver effective solutions for plumbing or water-related issues.
• Leverage the company's established pricing matrix and/or insurance guidelines to provide competitive quotes and close sales.
• Be a trusted information resource for Roto-Rooter customers.

Requirements

• A valid driver's license and acceptable background check per company standards.
• Demonstrated exceptional focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
• Thrives in a fast-paced work environment and can work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Must be able to use handheld telecommunication devices and understand commercial software packages like Word and Excel.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Organized self-starter with an outgoing personality.
• Strong preference for candidates with outside sales experience in in-home services; however, all outside sales backgrounds will be evaluated.
