Field Sales Representative — Commission + Bonuses (Uncapped Earning Potential)

What You’ll Do

  • Self-Sourced Prospecting
  • Identify and develop new business through door-to-door outreach, networking, referrals, and local prospecting
  • Build and manage your own pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Consistently generate leads without reliance on company-provided sources
  • Field Sales & Closing
  • Conduct in-person consultations and site visits
  • Absess customer needs related to energy usage, sustainability, and cost efficiency
  • Present tailored renewable or environmental solutions (e.g., solar, energy efficiency upgrades, related services)
  • Overcome objections and close deals in the field
  • Pipeline & Performance Management
  • Track activity including prospecting, meetings, and closed deals
  • Maintain consistent follow-up to maximize conversion rates
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets

What We’re Looking For

  • Core Requirements
  • Proven ability or strong willingness to prospect independently and close deals
  • Comfortable working in a field-based, face-to-face sales environment
  • Reliable transportation for territory coverage
  • Preferred Experience
  • Sales experience in renewables, solar, energy efficiency, construction, or related industries (preferred but not required)
  • Background in door-to-door, B2B, or consultative sales is a plus
