Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business by engaging Pro contractors and DIY customers in Home Depot stores.
  • Build strong relationships with Home Depot store leadership and associates.
  • Train store teams on Glidden and Olympic paint products.
  • Identify sales opportunities and grow accounts within your territory.
  • Maintain strong product visibility through merchandising, displays, and stocked shelves.
  • Use CRM tools to track activity and manage your territory.
  • Recommend the right product solutions for customer projects.
  • Support inventory management and maintain color centers.

Qualifications

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma with 1 year of sales experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • This position is based on a 45-hour work week which includes base salary and overtime.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $45,000 to $55,000 with five hours of overtime weekly and annual bonus.
