Key position functions
- Be visible to client at site level, by visiting customer rig, production facilities and field offices on a weekly basis
- SUPPORT the sales objectives, through understanding clients ongoing operations and requirements for service support, product change and or drill time ‘enhancement’
- Develop strong rapport with key customer representatives by ensuring team delivers consistent customer service
- Promote safe working practices in shop and field environments
- Identify and develop new revenue streams with existing customer accounts, via understanding at site level client’s requirements
- Communicate customer needs to internal departments such as, Inside sales, Service, Engineering and management
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge
- Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
- SUPPORT other organizational departments in trouble shooting and resolving field issues, ensuring all relevant departments actively engaged in supporting solutions
- Report all activities and non-conformances via company sales reporting data base and quality systems
- Assist in the training and development of employees
Preferred candidate will possess a combination of the following:
- Minimum 5 years related industry experience
- Minimum 3 years related experience in a wellhead products and associated services
- Experience in frac operations in lieu of wellhead experience
- Computer literate- proficiency with Microsoft applications
- Highly self-motivated, team player
