Auris is a payroll and HR solution provider for small and medium-sized businesses. Acquired by Acrisure in 2025, Auris aims to provide seamless human-centered technology to help small businesses thrive.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and running Auris Payroll presentations to small and mid-sized merchants and businesses to close deals within a fast sales cycle.
  • Maintain existing/prospective client records in the CRM system (Atlas).
  • Achieve minimum production requirements, including setting first-time appointments, to secure wins.
  • Continuously build and develop knowledge of current product/service portfolio and financial technology industry changes.
  • Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one sessions with leaders.

Requirements

  • Valid Driver’s License and valid automobile insurance.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
  • At least two years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
  • Works well independently and as part of a team.
  • Incentive-driven sales mindset.
  • Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity.
  • High sense of urgency and innate sales talent.
  • Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face.
  • Accountable for measurable, high-quality, timely results.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED.
  • Prior experience in a B2B Sales role.
  • Prior experience with a CRM tool like Salesforce or Hubspot.

The base compensation range for this position is $0 - $0. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity. Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
