Auris is a payroll and HR solution provider for small and medium-sized businesses. Acquired by Acrisure in 2025, Auris aims to provide seamless human-centered technology to help small businesses thrive.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting and running Auris Payroll presentations to small and mid-sized merchants and businesses to close deals within a fast sales cycle.
- Maintain existing/prospective client records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, including call notes, scheduled client interactions, contact information, and other relevant client information.
- Set and attend scheduled appointments with business owners in person or via referrals, and present Auris solutions to close sales.
- Work closely with your local Payroll Division Manager or Territory Manager to set appointments and manage client interactions.
- Train on the short-cycle sales process using the tablet-based CRM platform, Atlas, during the training period.
- Set your own work schedule to maximize the upside of 100% commission and residuals on the business you bring in.
Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check
- At least two years of relevant experience in B2B sales
- Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Incentive-driven sales mindset
- Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity
- High sense of urgency and innate sales talent
- Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face
- Accountable for measurable, high-quality, timely results
