About the role

As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for upgrading relationships with existing customers, showcasing our state-of-the-art technology, and delivering personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments.

Responsibilities

  • Showcase our technology and services to existing customers, meeting them on their terms.
  • Close sales confidently in their home environment.
  • Offer hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions.
  • Engage customers with solutions that fit their needs, building rapport quickly and driving meaningful conversations.
  • Use strong negotiation and communication skills to make smooth pivots and ensure successful sales.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of commission sales experience required, outside sales experience highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
  • Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license—be ready to drive, as we provide a company vehicle for official business use only.
  • Work a varied schedule designed to meet customers on their timeline, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay

Between $62,952 to $100,000, including hourly rate and uncapped commission opportunities.

Schedule

Regular hours of 40 per week, with a varied schedule designed to meet customers on their timeline, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
