About the role

As a Field Sales Representative, you will engage customers with solutions that fit their needs, meeting them on their terms and closing sales confidently in their home environment.

Responsibilities

- Engage customers with solutions that fit their needs - Close sales confidently in their home environment - Offer hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions - Work independently to deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments - Use strong negotiation and communications skills

Requirements

- 1+ years of commission sales experience required - Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets - Proficient in upselling techniques - Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly - Maintain a valid driver’s license - Work a varied schedule designed to meet customers on their timeline

Pay

Individual starting salary within the range of $61,600 to $100,000, including hourly rate and uncapped commission opportunities.

Varied schedule designed to meet customers on their timeline, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
