Job Title: Field Sales Representative
About the role
Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients to promote and sell freight forwarding services.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Manage existing client accounts and provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and showcase services
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- At least 2 years of sales experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Passionate about logistics and transportation
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Experience with freight forwarding software is a plus

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $75,000 annually
