Job Title: Field Sales Representative

About the role

Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients to promote and sell freight forwarding services.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Manage existing client accounts and provide excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and showcase services

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • At least 2 years of sales experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Passionate about logistics and transportation
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience with freight forwarding software is a plus

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Benefits

Competitive compensation package including base salary, commission, and benefits.

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $75,000 annually

Schedule
