About the role
We're looking for an independent, field-based sales representative to grow Southend Pharmacy's provider network across the U.S. This is a commission-only, part-time W2 position designed for experienced healthcare sales professionals who already have established provider relationships and are looking to add a high-value, clinically differentiated product line to their existing work.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote Southend Pharmacy's longevity medication portfolio to providers through direct, face-to-face outreach
- Build and maintain relationships with medspas, longevity clinics, wellness practices, and other relevant provider accounts
- Drive new account adoption and grow volume within your existing network
- Stay current on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements to inform sales strategy and maintain compliance
- Participate fully in onboarding training and ongoing product education — this is a firm requirement of the role
What We Require
- Proven track record in healthcare sales — experience in pharma, medical devices, GLP-1s, hormone replacement therapy, or compounding is highly valued
- Established provider relationships in your market
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time and territory
- Willingness to dedicate a minimum of 15–20 hours per week to this role
- Commitment to completing and maintaining Southend's training program
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship
