Responsibilities
- Oversee project timelines and budgets
- Manage a team of software developers
- Ensure quality assurance standards are met
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in software management or leadership
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira or Trello
- Experience with software development lifecycle processes
