What You'll Do
- Represent Hermes in the market and serve as the first point of contact for new business opportunities
- Achieve new business wins in both B2B and B2C environments
- Identify and analyze customer needs, develop tailored solutions
- Negotiate with decision-makers, advocate for your company while securing favorable pricing
- Utilize our CRM system strategically and securely
- Build sustainable relationships with customers and support their long-term growth
- Bring up-to-date market and competitive intelligence
What You Bring
- A completed sales or procurement apprenticeship or relevant university studies, ideally with a focus on sales, logistics, or communication
- At least 5 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in the KEP sector
- Strong negotiation skills. You can confidently enter price negotiations and achieve win-win situations
- Eloquent and persuasive communication in dialogues, always keeping the person behind the decision in mind
- A team player. Together with Inside Sales, Customer Service, and Operations, you ensure top-notch customer care
- Experience in stakeholder management. You coordinate internal and external interfaces, balance interests, and find viable solutions
- Very good English skills in both speaking and writing
- Class B driver's license and travel readiness
