What You'll Do

  • Represent Hermes in the market and serve as the first point of contact for new business opportunities
  • Achieve new business wins in both B2B and B2C environments
  • Identify and analyze customer needs, develop tailored solutions
  • Negotiate with decision-makers, advocate for your company while securing favorable pricing
  • Utilize our CRM system strategically and securely
  • Build sustainable relationships with customers and support their long-term growth
  • Bring up-to-date market and competitive intelligence

What You Bring

  • A completed sales or procurement apprenticeship or relevant university studies, ideally with a focus on sales, logistics, or communication
  • At least 5 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in the KEP sector
  • Strong negotiation skills. You can confidently enter price negotiations and achieve win-win situations
  • Eloquent and persuasive communication in dialogues, always keeping the person behind the decision in mind
  • A team player. Together with Inside Sales, Customer Service, and Operations, you ensure top-notch customer care
  • Experience in stakeholder management. You coordinate internal and external interfaces, balance interests, and find viable solutions
  • Very good English skills in both speaking and writing
  • Class B driver's license and travel readiness
