Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales efforts in the Commercial Products Groups across North America, managing OEM accounts and global channel partners.
  • Promote and sell Amphenol products to established customers while developing new prospects.
  • Own large multimillion-dollar OEM accounts and coordinate activity across global sales channels.
  • Identify interconnect opportunities and collaborate with customer engineering teams to design in new products.
  • Develop and execute sales plans and growth strategies for assigned territory.
  • Achieve and exceed sales quotas through design wins and full channel management.
  • Provide technical support throughout the sales cycle, including marketing input for product development.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service—samples, delivery timelines, drawings/specs, quality, and credit issues.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industrial market trends and competitive landscape.
  • Regular customer visits and travel required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business/marketing with technical aptitude.
  • 3+ years of field sales or applications experience in Commercial Products Groups.
  • Knowledge of interconnect solutions and industrial market dynamics.
  • International business experience is a plus.
