Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales efforts in the Commercial Products Groups across North America, managing OEM accounts and global channel partners.
- Promote and sell Amphenol products to established customers while developing new prospects.
- Own large multimillion-dollar OEM accounts and coordinate activity across global sales channels.
- Identify interconnect opportunities and collaborate with customer engineering teams to design in new products.
- Develop and execute sales plans and growth strategies for assigned territory.
- Achieve and exceed sales quotas through design wins and full channel management.
- Provide technical support throughout the sales cycle, including marketing input for product development.
- Deliver exceptional customer service—samples, delivery timelines, drawings/specs, quality, and credit issues.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industrial market trends and competitive landscape.
- Regular customer visits and travel required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business/marketing with technical aptitude.
- 3+ years of field sales or applications experience in Commercial Products Groups.
- Knowledge of interconnect solutions and industrial market dynamics.
- International business experience is a plus.
