About the role

We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Field Sales Consultant to drive revenue growth across our designated regional territory. This role represents an elite portfolio of contracted manufacturing partners, specializing in commercial cleaning equipment, janitorial systems, foodservice consumables, and restaurant supplies. You will act as the strategic link between manufacturers, regional distributors, and commercial end-users.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Regional Sales: Conduct frequent face-to-face field presentations, product demonstrations, and virtual consultations to exceed established territory revenue goals.
  • Represent Full Product Lines: Educate buyers on our complete manufacturer partner portfolio, cross-selling across cleaning chemicals, heavy equipment, and disposable categories.
  • Empower Distribution Channels: Identify, onboard, and train regional distributors. Actively help distribution partners close new accounts using company-generated leads.
  • Trade Show & Event Execution: Coordinate and lead professional sales meetings, manage site selection, prepare strategic agendas, and represent the brand at industry trade shows and educational conferences.
  • Market Intelligence & Strategy: Track competitive market activity, monitor emerging industry trends, and participate in data-driven sales forecasting and long-range marketing planning.
  • CRM & Reporting Mastery: Manage daily pipeline data, log account interactions, and maintain pristine records within the company CRM to facilitate transparent manufacturer reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional sales experience preferred
  • Previous B2B sales, territory management, hospitality, Jan-San, foodservice, or industrial distribution experience is a plus
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office programs, CRM systems, and other business tools
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to independently manage a territory, prioritize accounts, and develop new business opportunities
