About The Role

When a family's home is damaged by fire, flood, or disaster, Prism Specialties is the team that steps in and makes them whole again — restoring electronics, art, textiles, and documents to pre-loss condition. We've been doing it for over 25 years across residential and commercial markets. We're looking for a driven, relationship-first Business Development Manager to own and grow our New Jersey territory. You'll build a referral network with insurance adjusters, property managers, and contractors — and you'll feel the impact of your work every single day.

Responsibilities

• Possess established relationships with insurance adjusters, property managers, or general contractors is a strong plus
• Establish excellent presentation skills — comfortable in front of small groups, executive teams, and industry events
• Write compelling business correspondence, proposals, and follow-up
• Manage CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) to manage pipeline, track KPIs, document activity, and forecast territory performance
• Leverage LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram strategically as part of a modern, social-enabled selling approach
• Achieve and maintain memberships in key local and national professional associations to deepen your referral network
• Collaborate with internal operations and mitigation teams to ensure seamless handoff and client satisfaction

Qualifications

• Established relationships with insurance adjusters, property managers, or general contractors is a strong plus
• Excellent presentation skills — comfortable in front of small groups, executive teams, and industry events
• Strong written communication for business correspondence, proposals, and follow-up
• Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms (LinkedIn required)
• Exceptional time management; able to self-direct a full territory calendar with minimal supervision
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for regular field visits across New Jersey
• A collaborative team mindset — you win deals independently but celebrate as a team

We provide high quality and cost-effective “hands-on” restoration services with appropriate turnaround times that contractors, claims professionals, and homeowners require. Compensation
