We’re looking for a motivated early-career professional to join our team as a Field Sales Associate supporting YMCA, Campus Recreation, Golf & Country Club, and Health Club accounts across Washington, DC, Virginia, and West Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on sales training and mentorship
• Exposure to a diverse mix of customer types and business models
• Career growth in a fast-paced, competitive market
• Sell to YMCA, Campus Rec, Golf/Country Clubs, and Health Clubs
• Tailor your approach across public, institutional, and private club environments
• Navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes (operators, boards, ownership groups)
• Support facility planning and capital project discussions
• Stay current on market trends and competitive dynamics
• Build relationships across a geographically diverse, high-activity territory

Requirements

• 1-2 years in sales or customer-facing roles (preferred)
• Strong communication skills and ability to adapt across different customer types
• Interest in fitness, hospitality, or membership-based environments
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, relationship-driven, field-based role
• Based within the region, with the ability to travel consistently throughout DC, VA, and WV

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience: 1-2 years in sales or customer-facing roles (preferred)
• Skills: Strong communication, adaptability, and relationship-building skills

Pay

$47,500 - $64,800 annually

Schedule

Remote, field-based role, with an expectation of being on the road and in front of customers 3+ days per week across a dense, high-opportunity territory.

Location

Based within the region, with the ability to travel consistently throughout DC, VA, and WV.
