Position Summary
The Field Safety Technician is the operational anchor of our safety program, partnering closely with the Safety Director to strengthen workplace safety, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of accountability and well-being across the organization. Based in our Dallas/Fort Worth corporate office, this role supports both field and office operations by coordinating safety initiatives, conducting site visits, monitoring compliance, and helping drive continuous improvement throughout our safety programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site risk assessments and provide real-time guidance to site supervisors.
- Enforce and enhance company safety policies to ensure a safe work environment.
- Coordinate and lead engaging safety training sessions that keep employees informed and motivated.
- Identify areas for improvement, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and industry best practices.
- Assist in investigations of workplace incidents, documenting findings and preventing future occurrences.
- Work closely with employees at all levels to foster a culture where safety comes first.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Occupational Safety & Health preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Ability to travel out of town for extended durations, depending on project needs.
- A safety advocate with knowledge of OSHA regulations and best practices.
- A strong communicator who can lead, train, and engage employees at all levels.
- A problem solver with a people-first approach, ensuring compliance without compromising teamwork.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and can perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desired.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
