About the role
The Field Safety Representative is responsible for ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines in the field operations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits
- Train team members on safety protocols
- Document incidents and ensure corrective actions are taken
- Coordinate with local authorities and contractors regarding safety matters
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in safety management
- Valid driver’s license
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of OSHA standards
- Experience with HAZWOPER training

- $50,000 - $60,000 annually
