Field Safety Representative
About the role
The Field Safety Representative is responsible for ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and procedures in the field operations. This includes conducting regular safety inspections, providing training to team members, and addressing any safety concerns promptly.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular safety inspections of field equipment and facilities
- Provide safety training to team members
- Address and resolve safety concerns immediately
- Document all safety incidents and follow up on corrective actions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a safety-related role
- Knowledge of OSHA standards and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Background check
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel as needed

$50,000 - $60,000 annually
