About the role
The Field Safety Representative is responsible for ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and procedures in the field operations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Train employees on safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
- Develop and implement safety improvement plans based on inspection findings.
- Respond to and investigate workplace accidents and incidents.
- Keep records of safety activities and submit reports as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Occupational Health, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a safety management role.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry-specific safety standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- First aid certification.

Pay
$50,000 - $60,000 annually.
