Field Safety & Quality Coordinator
About the role
EnerStar Solutions is seeking a Field Safety & Quality Coordinator to support operations across Wyoming and the Williston Basin. This is a hands-on, field-based role responsible for ensuring safety compliance, driving quality standards, and partnering with operations and customers to deliver consistent, high-performing job execution.
Responsibilities
Safety & Compliance Lead by example and enforce company, client, and regulatory safety standards
Perform weekly JSA reviews and field safety audits to ensure full compliance
Co-lead weekly safety meetings and support district safety initiatives
Deliver quarterly safety training with documented completion
Track and report Safety 212 program metrics and scorecards
Support HSE leadership and represent the district on the Safety Committee
Inspect 100% of new installations within 24 hours of completion
Identify trends through service call reviews and drive corrective actions
Ensure resolution of quality issues within five business days
Complete and approve required documentation including: Shack Make Ready and Return forms
Participate in job pre-planning and post-job reviews to improve performance
Serve as a primary field contact for safety and quality-related inquiries
Conduct customer site visits and provide performance feedback
Support Account Managers with data for customer review meetings
Maintain strong relationships through proactive communication
Participate in all branch safety meetings
Contribute improvement ideas and implement process enhancements
Support operational initiatives that drive measurable results
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in field safety, quality, or operations (oilfield, energy, construction, or industrial services preferred)
Strong working knowledge of safety regulations and standards
Ability to work independently in remote environments
Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
High attention to detail and accountability
Preferred Certifications: OSHA 10 or OSHA 30, H2S Certification, First Aid/CPR, CSP or working toward certification (preferred but not required)
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Frequent walking, standing, bending, and climbing
Ability to work in confined spaces and physically demanding conditions
