About the role
Responsible for ensuring travel safety protocols are adhered to across all company vehicles and personnel.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and enforce travel safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety inspections of all company vehicles.
- Train employees on safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
- Respond to and investigate travel-related incidents promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall travel safety measures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Risk Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a safety management role.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with travel management software.

Pay
- $80,000 - $90,000 annually.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
