Field RN *$5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS*

Job Type: Full-time, field-based position located in East Texas with local travel required.

Pay

• Competitive compensation based on experience
• Quarterly bonuses
• $5,000 sign-on bonus, paid in two installments:
  • $2,500 after six months of continuous employment
  • $2,500 after one year of continuous employment

  Employee must remain actively employed and in good standing on each applicable payout date to be eligible.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the Texas Nursing Practice Act, Board of Nursing rules, and all applicable regulations
• Provide comprehensive nursing care using assessments, diagnoses, and individualized care plans
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, team members, and other healthcare professionals
• Complete timely and appropriate documentation in compliance with agency standards
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas
• Current ACLS or BLS certification
• Minimum of one year of experience in an acute care setting preferred
• Experience performing heart, lung, and full physical assessments preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
