Responsibilities
- Answering phones
- Greeting visitors
- Facilitating correspondence and incoming casework
- Managing office equipment and supplies
- Assisting with print media tracking
- Helping with the internship program
- Serving as support to staff across the state
Requirements
- Organized
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Self-driven
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong writing skills
Schedule
Evening and weekend hours are sometimes required.
Preferences
Wyoming natives or those with strong Wyoming ties preferred.
