Pay

$150,000+ per year average (1099 commission-based position)

Responsibilities

• Manage roofing and construction projects.
• Prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Engage in door-to-door sales and self-generated opportunities.
• Work outdoors, climb ladders, walk roofs, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Requirements

• Self-starting attitude and go-getter mentality.
• Reliable transportation and a working cell phone.
• Comfortable working outdoors, climbing ladders, walking on roofs, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Not afraid of heights.
• Strong communication skills and a goal-driven mindset.
• Able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks at once.
• Valid driver’s license.
