Field Repair & Installation Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to repair requests for damages caused during service or installation.
• Assess scope of work, procure materials, and complete repairs efficiently.
• Ensure repairs meet Champion’s quality standards.

Job Preparation

• Perform tasks that support plumbing, electrical, and HVAC installations (e.g., cutting drywall, framing, patching, or minor carpentry).
• Cookordination with installation teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Documentation & Communication

• Maintain accurate records using company-provided iPad.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.

Performance Expectations

• Quality of Work: Repairs and prep work must meet company standards.
• Timeliness: Completion time measured from report date to finished repair or prep work.
• Efficiency: Ability to manage multiple tasks while minimizing downtime.

Qualifications

• Experience in general repair, carpentry, drywall, painting, and job prep tasks.
• Ability to diagnose and fix a variety of home damages.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $18-$24/hour.
• Overtime: Paid according to business needs.
