Field Reimbursement Manager Pacific North West

For our client, we are seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager Pacific North West to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will lead reimbursement strategy and execution across a defined region, helping expand patient access and reduce coverage barriers. The position partners closely with commercial, medical, policy, and customer-facing teams to support market access outcomes and strengthen payer relationships. It is well suited for a healthcare reimbursement professional who can translate policy and pricing complexity into practical guidance for internal stakeholders and external partners. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $156,000 – $176,000 annually Responsibilities Assist in developing and implementing pricing and reimbursement strategies to secure coverage in specific market segments Advise product development, marketing, sales, and customer service teams on reimbursement-related issues Identify payer opportunities and execute programs to alleviate entry barriers for the company's products Optimize pricing structures and navigate the bidding process for greater business opportunities Collaborate with policy, sales, and medical teams to assess the economic impact of therapies and products on payers, including government entities Educate Sales, Patient Services, healthcare professionals, and customers on reimbursement and pricing topics Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, health policy, health economics, life sciences, or a related healthcare discipline 7+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry specifically in reimbursement or case management Deep knowledge of relevant market reimbursement policies Experience collaborating with patient advocacy groups on coverage issues Benefits Comprehensive healthcare plans Retirement savings options Professional development support Flexible working arrangements Employee wellness programs Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
