Field Reimbursement Manager I & I Atlanta

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager I & I Atlanta to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will focus on supporting healthcare providers and office staff through the reimbursement landscape, with an emphasis on patient access and specialty drug reimbursement. The position partners closely with provider offices, patient support resources, and internal teams to help navigate coverage requirements, financial assistance pathways, and compliant case documentation.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Pay

$139,100 – $231,900 annually

Responsibilities

• Conduct office calls with healthcare providers to support patient access to products
• Educate healthcare providers and office staff on payer landscape and reimbursement policies
• Distribute approved materials related to coverage and reimbursement
• Provide education on hub financial assistance offerings and enrollment processes
• Coordinate with patient access programs to understand payer requirements
• Address patient prescription status inquiries for those enrolled in support programs
• Utilize the company's case notes system compliantly

Qualifications

• 7+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience, preferably in sales or coding and reimbursement
• Strong understanding of specialty drug reimbursement and government payment systems
• B.S. or B.A. degree required
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a proven track record in strategic planning
• Experience in a highly regulated environment with strict compliance adherence
• Valid U.S. driver's license with a compliant driving record
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, including influencing and coaching others
