Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) - South East

For our client, we are seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) - South East to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This remote role will support healthcare providers across the Southeast by improving access, reimbursement, and patient support processes. The position will partner closely with sales, specialty pharmacy, and hub services teams to help practices navigate payer requirements and prior authorization workflows. It is a highly field-facing role focused on territory execution, provider education, and timely resolution of reimbursement issues in a complex healthcare environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $134,615 – $201,250 annually Responsibilities Educate healthcare providers on access and reimbursement processes Analyze payer criteria to guide healthcare offices Coordinate patient cases with hub services and enrollment teams Collaborate with sales and specialty pharmacy teams Spend 60-70% of the time engaging with stakeholders in the field Execute territory plans with internal and external partners Review payer policies and educate offices on prior authorization Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a focus on payer policy 3+ years of experience in patient access, billing, and coding in rare disease Strong knowledge of CMS policies, especially Medicare Part D preferred Experience in a buy and bill reimbursement environment preferred Nephrology experience strongly preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Company-provided life, disability, and AD&D insurance Tuition reimbursement and student loan assistance Generous 401(k) match Flexible time off and paid holidays Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
