Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) - Greater NY

Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare providers and staff on access and reimbursement processes
• Analyze payer criteria to provide product access expertise
• Collaborate with Hubs on patient cases and enrollment
• Coordinate with Field Sales and Specialty Pharmacy Accounts
• Manage field-based activities with key stakeholders
• Execute territory plans in partnership with internal and external teams
• Review and educate on payer policies and prior authorization requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience focused on payer policy and reimbursement
• 3+ years in benefit verifications or equivalent patient access experience
• Strong knowledge of CMS policies, especially Medicare Part D (preferred)
• Experience in Nephrology (strongly preferred)
