Responsibilities
- Support Patient Access & Pull-Through
- Assist HCP offices with navigating reimbursement processes
- Conduct benefits investigations, prior authorizations, appeals, and product fulfillment through SPs
- Work closely with the Corcept HUB to resolve specific patient case issues
- Facilitate patient access by coordinating with SPs, HUB case managers, payers, and other stakeholders
- Educate & In-Service
- Conduct in-services and educational sessions with HCP staff
- Serve as the access and reimbursement resource for your territory
- Partner with Clinical Sales Specialists to align on account strategy
- Provide feedback to Market Access leadership and National Accounts Team
- Track and support patients throughout the access journey
Requirements
- Deep understanding of the U.S. reimbursement environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly
- High degree of emotional intelligence and adaptability
- Proficient with MS Office, CRM platforms, and data analysis tools
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively within assigned territory
Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Technical Proficiencies
- Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech reimbursement, market access, patient services, or a related field
- Experience working with SPs, HUBs, payers, and healthcare providers in a field-based capacity
- Experience in rare disease or endocrinology therapeutic areas
- Familiarity with Korlym or Relacorilant access pathways
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech reimbursement, market access, patient services, or a related field
Pay Range
The pay range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position is $154,000 - $200,000; the pay ultimately offered may vary based on legitimate considerations, including geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
