Field Reimbursement Manager

Role Overview: The Field Reimbursement Manager within Specialty Care supports patient access and reimbursement for innovative therapies, focusing on the Dupixent Business Unit. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a subject matter expert on patient support programs, reimbursement, prior authorization, appeals, and financial assistance.Collaborate with internal teams, healthcare providers, and vendors to enhance customer experience and support pull-through efforts.Educate office personnel on reimbursement processes, assistance programs, and free drug initiatives.Develop geographic business plans to improve access and maintain knowledge of payer landscapes and utilization management criteria.Build positive relationships with stakeholders, including advocacy groups and professional societies, to promote patient access.Conduct office visits when needed to resolve escalated issues and facilitate patient prescriptions. Qualifications & Skills: BA/BS in life sciences or business; MBA preferred.5+ years in pharma/healthcare, with experience in pulmonology, gastroenterology, or market access a plus.Strong interpersonal, strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to travel within the assigned geography and adapt to a fast-paced environment.Valid driver’s license required.
