Field Recruiter/ Onboarding Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a consistent on-site recruiting presence across assigned facilities based on staffing needs
- Partner closely with HR, Directors of Nursing and Administrators to identify and prioritize hiring needs
- Plan, coordinate, and attend job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with local nursing schools, CNA training programs, and community partners
- Develop and manage a social media presence to support recruitment efforts and employer branding
- Conduct interviews and actively support candidates through the hiring and onboarding process
- Track weekly recruiting activity, applicant flow, and hiring progress; provide updates at monthly HR meetings
- Follow up with applicants in a timely manner and collaborate across buildings to share qualified candidates
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or high-volume environments
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel regularly to multiple facility locations
- Attention to detail, good follow through skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Demonstrates cooperation in assisting others and ability to work as a team
- Reliable transportation to/from Apple Rehab locations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to track multiple open positions and candidates
- Proficiency in social media, recruiting platforms and applicant tracking
