Field Quality Technician

The Field Quality Technician performs repeatable visual and measured inspections of installed solar panels on an outdoor construction project. Working from established inspection criteria, the technician completes scheduled and random checks, uses basic measuring tools to verify installation quality, and records inspection results electronically. This position is best suited for someone who is capable, confident, self-directed, and comfortable completing repeatable daily tasks with limited supervision. Inspection procedures and project-specific training will be provided. No electrical work or previous solar installation experience is required. This is a six-month temporary position.
