Field Quality Manager (Solar/ Renewables - Nationwide Opportunities!)

For our client, we are seeking a Field Quality Manager (Solar/ Renewables - Nationwide Opportunities!) to join the team of a leader in the Energy & Utilities space. This role will oversee field quality performance across remote project sites, with a focus on ensuring construction and installation work meets contract requirements and safety expectations. The position partners closely with project teams, QA/QC inspectors, and craft staff to identify issues early, drive corrective action, and maintain consistent quality standards. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on construction or operations quality experience and the ability to support field execution in a fast-paced renewable energy environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,000 – $115,000 annually Responsibilities Promote and comply with all safety policies and procedures Manage the site-specific quality plan to ensure work meets quality standards Inspect subordinate work for compliance with contract specifications Conduct field inspections to identify issues and implement solutions Prepare and submit the monthly project quality report Provide training and mentorship to QA/QC inspectors and craft staff Collaborate with project teams to address quality-related concerns Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in quality, industrial technology, engineering, construction, welding, or a related technical field Two years of quality experience in construction or operations; experience with civil, electrical, or mechanical activities preferred Trade certifications in testing, inspecting, or related disciplines preferred Benefits 401(k) with company match Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) Medical, dental, and vision insurance options Paid time off, paid holidays, and bereavement leave Short- and long-term disability and life insurance coverage Emergency travel assistance program Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
