Field Project Manager – Data Center Installations

Convergint Technologies LLC is seeking a Field Project Manager for Data Centers in the Dallas, TX area.

About the role

The role focuses on installation, programming, start-up, certification, and customer training on Fire, Security, and/or Building Automation projects. The position requires leading site teams, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects meet budget and schedule with significant travel. This is a full-time, on-site role with a collaborative, growth-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation, programming, start-up, and certification of Fire, Security, and/or Building Automation systems
• Provide customer training on completed projects
• Lead site teams and coordinate subcontractors
• Ensure projects are completed on budget and on schedule
