Field Project Manager (Data Center)

About the role

Oversee the installation, programming, startup, and support of fire alarm, security, and building automation systems. Lead field teams and subcontractors, ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide customer training and support. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Urbandale, IA, fully onsite.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 3‑5+ years of experience in low‑voltage, fire alarm, security, or building automation systems (BAS) environments.
• Strong leadership, technical, and customer‑facing skills.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or trade school preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $30.00 – $38.00 per hour.
