Field Project Manager 3-Fire

Responsibilities
- Lead moderately complex fire protection and life-safety projects with medium to high corporate priority.
- Provide project management expertise from scope definition and planning through closeout, while maintaining control of schedule, cost, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Track schedule, cost, safety, quality, and customer expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide project updates, cycle reviews, and expected results to management and customers.
- Maintain strong customer communication and follow up promptly on concerns or issues.
- Conduct worksite inspections and help ensure workmanship meets Johnson Controls quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, associate degree, or equivalent work experience of at least five years in project management.
- Five years of project management experience in the Fire Protection and new construction environment.
- Experience leading moderately complex projects with schedule, cost, quality, and ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal partners.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple project priorities.
- PREFERRED: Experience with fire sprinkler and fire alarm or broader fire/life-safety systems, Texas State Fire Alarm License, PMI PMP (Project Management Institute, Project Management Professional), experience with Microsoft Project.

Pay
Hiring salary range: $89,400.00 - 130k (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This role offers a competitive Bonus plan that will take into account individual, group, and corporate performance. This position includes a competitive benefits package.
