Field Product Manager - Eastern U.S. (Territory-Based Role)

For our client, we are seeking a Field Product Manager - Eastern U.S. (Territory-Based Role) to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will focus on driving field execution across a defined territory while supporting sales effectiveness, customer engagement, and forecasting discipline. You will partner closely with sales leadership, finance, and enablement teams to strengthen pipeline management and improve process consistency. The position also emphasizes coaching, onboarding support, and development of frontline sales talent. Success in this role will help improve deal accuracy, opportunity visibility, and overall territory performance. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $116,000 – $159,500 annually Responsibilities Lead the deployment of demo trucks and VIPs to enhance customer engagement Ensure accurate deal submissions and educate the team on proposal processes Serve as the liaison for finance, managing the sales pipeline and addressing process gaps Oversee new hire success and skill development through mentorship Monitor sales opportunities and maintain accurate sales information in the company’s CRM system Collaborate with Sales Enablement to improve forecasting accuracy Develop action plans to address skill gaps identified by leadership Qualifications 5-7 years of front-line sales experience with proven success Mastery of sales processes and territory forecasting Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Experience in training and development, particularly in coaching Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Life insurance Long-term and short-term disability insurance Paid parking/public transportation Paid time off and sick leave Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
