What You'll Do
- Foster account growth and retention by ensuring exceptional service delivery and proactive issue resolution
- Conduct training and development programs to help franchisees meet and exceed operational and quality standards
- Oversee customer and franchisee satisfaction, developing and implementing improvement initiatives when needed
- Conduct audits, quality assurance visits, and provide tactical support to drive operational excellence
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in the janitorial or facility services industry (particularly within a franchise model)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Strong skills in CRM tools and MS Office Suite; excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- A team player who is detail-oriented, solution-focused, and demonstrates integrity and assertiveness
- Willingness to travel 60–75% within the assigned market
