Field Organizer - Arizona

About the role

Multiple County Committees in Arizona are seeking highly motivated and talented Field Organizers passionate about expanding our work to elect pro-democracy candidates to state and local positions across Arizona in the fall 2026 cycle.

As a Field Organizer, you will play a critical role in expanding our field impact down the ballot and help protect the administration of our elections for the future. This position requires a strong ability to recruit, train, and manage volunteers and support the overall organizing program across the county you are assigned to. This position reports directly to a Regional Organizing Director.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage volunteers
• Support the overall organizing program in your assigned county
• Expand field impact to elect pro-democracy candidates
• Help protect the administration of elections
