This opportunity is focused on safe and efficient field operations, supporting wells and equipment through continuous surveillance, operational monitoring, and maintenance coordination. The role plays an important part in maintaining reliable production, supporting emergency response activities, and ensuring strong communication across operations teams.

9/5 rotation, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM, 30-minute lunch

Responsibilities

• Support wells and equipment through continuous surveillance and operational monitoring.
• Maintain reliable production and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Support emergency response activities.
• Ensure strong communication across operations teams.
• Monitor wells and equipment, report abnormal situations, and maintain accurate operational records.
• Take product samples, perform field laboratory tests, and provide clear operational updates during shift handover.

Requirements

• Completed secondary education.
• Previous experience working as a Lease Operator.
• Experience operating equipment and wells in a field-based operational environment.
• Experience supporting maintenance activities, including corrective, predictive, and preventive work planning.
• Experience identifying well or equipment issues and supporting reliable and safe operating conditions.

Skills

• Must live in Midland, TX and within a 50-mile radius of Midland.
• Strong knowledge of pumpers, gas lift, ESP, and plungers.
• Strong knowledge of safety and operations management tools and processes.
• Broad knowledge of emergency preparedness procedures.
• Strong knowledge of project philosophy and design specifications.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and commercial agreements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High standard of safety, health, and environmental awareness.
